April 9th - April 15th


This  menu is created around what is on sale at Publix this week.  The sale runs through April 18th.

Monday - Leftovers from your holiday feast or pick up a pizza. This night is all about easy after a busy holiday weekend.
Tuesday - Pork Marsala with a garden salad (pork loin chops are on sale for $3.99/lb)
Wednesday - Roasted Chicken Breast with a garden salad (split chicken breast with the bone in are on sale for $1.89/lb!)
Thursday - Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with Sweet Restaurant Slaw
Friday - Roasted Pepper and Asiago Chicken Sausage Frittata with a salad
Saturday - This is a leftover night. You've worked hard all week - enjoy a break. Or plan a hot date and make reservations to your favorite dinner spot!
Sunday - Roasted Sticky Chicken with a salad


Shopping List (remember to go through your cupboards and scratch off what you have on hand)

8 hamburger buns

Produce
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms (on sale 2 pkgs for $5.00 or $2.50 for 1)
head of garlic
2 bag of salad (Fresh Express Salad Blends are BOGO Free)
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
onions x3 
Italian Flat Parsley

Dairy
butter
eggs
1/2 cup low-sodium Parmesan cheese, grated

Salt
Flour
Sugar
Garlic Salt
Garlic Powder
Oregano
Paprika
Onion Powder

Miracle Whip - need at least 2/3 cup (BOGO Free)

1 (12 oz) can or bottle of root beet

1 lb Thin Boneless Pork Loin Chops(on sale for $3.99/lb)
  • 2 lbs Boneless Pork Loin Country Ribs to use for the pulled pork (on sale for $3.29/lb)
  • 1 (12 ounce) package al fresco® Roasted Pepper & Asiago Chicken Sausage
  • 4 Split Chicken Breasts - bone in and skin on (on sale for $1.89/lb)
  • 2 (4 lb each) Whole Chickens
